Seasonal Specials at Lilly Creek Farm

SEASONAL SIMPLE

Experience the wedding of your dreams at an unbeatable price with our discounted seasonal dream wedding package. Our Seasonal Simple Special is available all of 2025 remaining dates and in January, February, July, & August in 2026. Customize this package by adding on, modifying, or removing services to bring in outside vendors, add on guests, or upgrading your bar package to fit your inspiration.

  • Use of all venue areas to include Lakeside Ceremony Area, Patio, White Pavilion and Indoor Reception space.

  • 10 a.m. Arrival time for bridal party to access the suites. Relax in comfort with our oversized suites with coffee bar, steamers, bathrooms, storage space, HMU stations, TV (groom) bathrooms and more. Bridal party access throughout the event.

  • 10 a.m. Grooms activities to include skeet shooting and additional target shooting. All guns, ammo and protective gear is provided.

  • Catch and release fishing for bridal party and guests. Must bring your own pole and bait.

  • 5 Hours of ceremony and reception time to end by 10:00 p.m. (Hours after 10p.m. are available for an additional fee).

  • Event coordination with planning appointments to create timelines, day of event coordination, 1 hour of rehearsal time and decor appointment. Aisle Planner software portal for online interactive planning with Lilly Creek and all vendors. Event coordination from the time you arrive until the time you leave. Planning appointments to begin 6 months prior to your date.

  • Staff Services to set tables and chairs per layouts in ceremony, cocktail area, and reception space. Venue bussing, trash removal, assistance loading and unloading vehicles. Assistance managing wedding details and setting up personal items and decor. Assistance with the needs of the event.

  • Includes Catering service: 2 protein entree choices to serve 80. Options include Texas Roadhouse, Giorgio’s, Williamson Brothers BBQ or Fajita Grill. Additional guests are $55 per person.

  • Non alcoholic beverage service with disposable cups and ice. Includes water, tea, lemonade and sodas. Easy to access non-alcoholic bins for grab and go ease.

  • Base bar package including pouring service for 4 hours to serve beer, wine, champagne, and seltzers. Disposable cups & ice included. (Off duty officer included and required by law) (Host provides all alcohol)

  • Real Dinnerware & flatware with glass charger plates and custom table scape set ups with choice table linens.

  • $600 cake/dessert allotment with cake cutting service.

  • 8 Hours of photography time with choice from our preferred vendor list.

  • 5 Hours of DJ service to include ceremony set up, reception set up and lapel mic for the officiant.

  • Photo booth set up with ring light and backdrop. Photos and boomerangs are instantly sent to guest via airdrop or text.

  • Wireless up-lighting provided by Lilly Creek to sync with DJ music.

  • Customizable floral allotment of $1500 for bouquets, boutonnieres, ceremony piece or choice areas.

  • 4 Silk Barrel arrangements and silk greenery pieces for table decor, greenery walls, champagne walls, easels, signs and more.

  • Patio setup with outdoor seating, corn hole boards, pub tables with linens, and beverage bins for grab and go non alcoholic beverages.

  • Off Duty Officer required by the county.

  • For guest counts over 250, we will require luxury bathroom trailers (aprox. $1500), possible tent, and a $2500 gratuity fee for staffing.
